Before starting his own practice, he was a senior management consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers. Joel earned his Master's Degree from Harvard University and his Ph.D. from Cornell University. Joel has a wide variety of consulting experience in service to organizations including: H J Heinz, Hertz, IBM, M&T Bank, Morgan Stanley, Pfizer, Steelcase, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
