Retention Assessment Overview

Our two-phase Retention Assessment Overview allows you to ascertain the working process and general cultural tone of your organization, and also to identify specific highly valued work characteristics and criteria of individual employees.

Phase One of the system is a highly accurate organizational culture survey that measures the spoken and unspoken rules of conduct that govern organizational behavior.

Phase One: Organizational Culture Survey

Possibly the greatest factor that relates to turnover is the interaction between the general organizational culture and the work values of each employee.

Phase One provides an objective measurement of the working culture of your organization. The measurement describes in detail the activities, behaviors, values, and perceptions of the participants of the workplace society. The information is critical to effective motivation, retention, sustainability and profitability.

The result is a full-fledged blueprint of the organization culture and how it functions and interacts. It can be be used to compare and contrast current and future employees in numerous respects and areas, not least of which includes factors relating to employee retention and employee turnover.

The reports graphically illustrate the various working elements of your organization, and allow you to easily compare differences between demographics, employee segmentation, and many other relevant items.

Phase Two: Employee Values and Criteria Survey

This assessment helps you to spot, hire and support the employees who are most likely to stay with the organization.

The survey also allows you to compare and assess the fit of employees' deeply held values with the organization's work culture. It serves two functions: to aid in recruitment and selection, and to build and sustain development and motivation.

It can be used alone, but works best in conjunction with the Organizational Culture Survey.

The Retention Assessment Overview can give you perhaps the best general overview of your company as a social entity and how it functions. But specifics can be just as enlightening and just as useful. If not more so.
