    Leadership
    Our President, Joel Goldberg, Ph.D., leads the firm, bringing over 20 years of practical and academic experience. He served as a Senior Management Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the design, analysis, and implementation of projects to improve customer value, market share and profitability. He has broad industry experience, and is knowledgeable in diverse segments including; technology, financial services, retail and manufacturing.

    Joel holds a Masters degree from Harvard University, where he began his research into employee retenton, and a Ph.D. from Cornell University. He has the ability to combine experience in organizational development and human behavior.
    Joel Goldberg has consulted with some of the largest companies in the world (and also with many small firms). His clients include: Morgan Stanly, H J Heinz, Pfizer, Steelcase, Sallie Mae, Sovran Companies, Merck, IBM, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
